Virtual Mindful Photography Grief Class

Based on Dr. Jessica Thomas's research, this unique class integrates the practice of mindful photography and journal writing for those that have experienced the death of someone close to them. This is not a therapy group, but participants might find aspects of the class to be therapeutic. I recommend that participants utilize individual therapy in addition to this class.
