Helping young girls & teenage girls build confidence, resilience, and a stronger sense of self while discovering their strengths, setting meaningful goals, and learning to cultivate positive thoughts. Program runs Mondays throughout June and July. Accepting KY Medicaid and self pay clients. This 6-week women’s group offers a supportive and confidential space to explore intimacy, desire, and sexual self-worth. Together, we will gently examine topics such as boundaries and consent, understanding personal needs and libido, and building confidence communicating with a partner. Through guided discussion and reflection, participants will deepen self-understanding and reconnect with their bodies, voices, and sense of personal empowerment.
