Journey of Healing
Let us hold space for you to process through emotional hurt and pain. This group will provide Psychoeduation and an emotionally safe space to process through complex trauma/childhood trauma. We invite you to our group to start your healing journey! CBT, Theraplay , Psychodrama, and Brainspotting will be the modalities used in group sessions. The group is weekly for 4 weeks. We use the AJNG model of intervention, based on an educational and CBT approach. In this group you will learn 10 effective tools for better parenting!
