LGBTQ+ Support Group for Adults
This support group is designed to give the LGBTQ+ adults a dedicated space to come together and discuss topics with others relevant to their identities and experiences as part of the LGBTQ+ community. During Discussion Groups the youth should feel empowered to share their perspectives on a variety of different issues in a space that is safe and respectful. The Group will use the following schedule of topics/activities to lead discussions each week.

Feeling stressed? Burnt out? Are you looking for peace and happiness? This group will work on strategies and exercises to feel peace more often in life. Meditation, Mindfulness, Visualization, and Self Care activities will be used in the group.
