This group is geared toward career minded, young adult women, ages 23-35. This group addresses anxiety, stress, work life balance and relationship issues in a supportive and safe environment. Group members explore and learn about themselves in relation to the other members of the group. A safe and therapeutic way to allow oneself to be curious and increase self awareness.
