An evidence based cognitive-behavioral approach aimed at developing healthy coping strategies & building resilience. Adolescents will learn to face challenges & trust their ability to self-manage difficult emotions & behaviors. Our staff will work with patients, their families & outpatient therapists to facilitate an effective transition & establish a comprehensive support plan.
