Next group: APRIL 19TH 6 - 8 PM If you have a deep belief that you're not good enough or unloveable, feel a persistent anxiety about not being perfect, an unrelenting fear of saying no, and an avoidance of conflict this group may be for you. Level I 8-Session Group for Codependency - Online

Twice a month, Monday 5.30 - 8.30 pm, online. This 8-session group is structured to create emotional safety and community. It is both psychoeducational and experiential. Each session focuses on a different topic. As a group member, you can expect to develop self-awareness, learn self-compassion, and to receive understanding and support from the group. To build trust & openness, you are asked to make a commitment to this group for the full 8 sessions. The group starts as soon as it is full. $90 per session. * The Level I series is also offered on Saturday in person.

Level II Support Group for Codependency - Online

"Deep Dive Saturday" meets the 3rd Saturday of the month, 9.30 - 2. Each week there will be a focus topic. Through self-reflection, writing, experiential exercises and sharing with others, the goal is to explore and deepen your relationship with yourself and to build safe connections with others. Prerequisite: completion of Level I or prior group participation. To build community, trust & openness, you are asked to make a commitment to this group for 5 months. You may extend your participation as long as you like. $100 per session.
