Introduction to Mindfulness Meditation

This beginner course will help you realize the health and wellness benefits of meditation and develop a daily practice in a supportive, group environment. Learn the basics, and beyond. This course is offered in two formats: over 8 weeks and consists of 90 minute sessions or 4 weeks and 2 hour sessions. Both courses include setting aside time for your own daily meditation practice. We’ll cover topics like stress and vitality, and how mindfulness meditation can help. No prior meditation experience necessary.

Mindfulness Meditation for Insight & Grounding

We’ll spend time diving deeper into a variety of meditation practices and learn a little bit about their historical significance along the way. You’ll gain a deeper understanding of meditation and the myriad benefits it can bring to your life. This course is taught over 8 weeks and consists of 90 minute sessions, as well your own daily meditation practice. We’ll cover topics like discovering your true nature and how to create and store energy. Ideally, you’ll have some meditation experience prior to registering for this course.
