Introduction to ADHD - 101 - Adults

This 12-week support group brings adults with ADHD together in a supportive, non-judgmental environment. Through psychoeducation and practical strategies, participants will develop skills for managing procrastination, impulse control, attention and focus, problem-solving, emotional regulation, and stress/anxiety related to ADHD symptoms. The group also addresses self-esteem, time management, and organizational skills, fostering compassion and acceptance among members. Coping with Anxiety
This 10-week therapy group will help you understand and manage anxiety symptoms while learning effective coping strategies for physical and emotional impacts. Group provides a safe, supportive environment where participants explore anxiety, and stress with others sharing similar challenges. We empower members by teaching practical, evidence-based tools applicable to daily life. Our integrative approach combines CBT to identify and challenge negative thought patterns, DBT skills for emotional regulation, IFS work for self-understanding and compassion, mindfulness practices for present-moment grounding, and art therapy for creative expression and healing. Breaking Free: OCD Support Group
We offer two 12-week OCD support groups: one for teens and one for adults. Both groups provide safe, understanding environments for individuals struggling with obsessive and intrusive thoughts, compulsive behaviors, and impulsive actions. Meeting weekly, participants will learn evidence-based strategies to manage OCD symptoms while connecting with peers who share similar experiences. Through group discussions, skill-building exercises, and peer support, members will develop effective coping mechanisms for breaking the cycle of obsessions and compulsions.
