Intro to Somatics

Come join a 90-minute 8-week small group of just 4 participants on an Introduction to Somatics. This group series is designed with information that I typically share in the first 8-12 sessions with a new client. In each group session, there will be psychoeducation, practice, group discussion, personal goal setting, and take away skills. Each participant will end the group experience with a personal set of practices for their specific circumstances and nervous system. There are 2 groups being offered, one online and one in person.
