Intro to DBT Skills for adolescents

This 10 week virtual group will explore the key principles of Dialectical Behavioral Therapy for adolescents and young teens. Members will be introduced to mindfulness skills, emotion regulation skills, distress tolerance skills and interpersonal skills. We will learn the magic of radical acceptance, we will learn to ride the wave of our emotions and we will learn how to navigate our relationships with friends, peers, and family members.
