Interpersonal Therapy Group - Co-ed
This is a therapy group appropriate for adults wanting to do work around relational skills, emotional growth and life transitions. Meets twice a month on Tuesdays from 4:30-5:45pm. Caregivers Support Group
For caregivers of loved ones. Caregiving is a special role. When we are caregiving for others we often are not taking the time to care for ourselves. Just as, “you must put your oxygen mask on first before helping others” – if we are not taking time to care for ourselves we can not be there for others. This group is a place for caregivers to receive the support that is so important to them and their loved ones.
