interpersonal psychodynamic group therapy
All groups are interpersonal and psychodynamic. The focus is on developing better interpersonal skills .and dealing with various aspects of healthy relating, practicing good boundaries and self esteem. The groups are supportive and the members are encouraged to be honest and open about their feelings in the here and now.
