Interpersonal Process Training Group
This experiential group is for those who are curious about how they participate in relationships and group dynamics. Members explore communication patterns and interpersonal reactions as they emerge in real time in the group. Given this depth, we ask that members commit to at least 12 weeks. Pre-group screening is required.

Interpersonal process group
This is an online, long-term group for adults who are interested in examining their "stuck" points in life, be it relationships, depression, anxiety. The focus will be on the "here-and-now", what's happening in the group in real-time, and how it relates to life outside the group. One group meets on Tuesdays 6 - 7:15 PM or Thursdays from 5 PM - 6:15 PM EST. $90/session. Group screening, which is an individual session, is required.

Those who find themselves in new or familiar conflicts, be it with work colleagues, family, friends, partners, etc, can benefit from this long-term, here-and-now interpersonal process group for those looking to explore their interpersonal language and relationships with other members in the group. This group looks to explore how we can bring forth authentic experiences and identities forward in the group.
