Interpersonal Process Groups (Multiple Sessions)

This group is a supportive, engaging, and growth-oriented space where adults explore how they show up in relationships. These groups are fun, uplifting, and deeply connective, while also intentionally challenging—offering opportunities to learn about relational patterns, communication, boundaries, and emotional expression in real time. Process groups provide meaningful connections with lower stakes than work or romantic relationships, making them an ideal place to practice vulnerability and change. Doing therapeutic work outside of primary relationships reduces strain and supports healthier connections overall, allowing members to grow with curiosity, honesty, and mutual support.
