Interpersonal Process Group
This group will meet weekly for an hour and a half and will focus on harnessing interpersonal experience to cultivate insight into the emotional functioning of self and others, building a secure sense of self, increasing self-esteem and quality of close relationships for its members. Led by two clinical psychologists with specialized training in psychodynamic group psychotherapy, the group is recommended for anyone struggling to shift self-defeating interpersonal and emotional patterns.
