Interpersonal Process Group
This group is an opportunity for patients to explore different aspects of their lives in the company of others. This can be a profound experience of connection where you can learn about yourself, learn new ways of relating with others, and, ultimately, feel the support of a caring group of people. Adult Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) - Morning
Our IOP is designed to meet the needs of adults struggling with depression, anxiety, trauma, failure to launch, and personality disorders who require more than individual psychotherapy and are not in need of full hospitalization. It is an integrative program that weaves together DBT Skills, mentalization, and psychodynamic process as a way of helping individuals (1) increase their awareness of their personal and familial struggles, (2) learn and put into practice more skillful behavior, and (3) set a course for moving forward with their lives. Women's Interpersonal Process Group
This is a weekly, ongoing interpersonal process group for women to come together in a safe and supportive environment. In this space, patients have the opportunity to explore a variety of life issues and take a deep dive into their relationship with themselves and with others. This group aims to help participants deepen their understanding of themselves and experience a strong sense of community. It is truly a place to find yourself in the company of others.
