Interpersonal Process Group
This is a co-ed interpersonal therapy group that focuses on gaining a greater understanding of yourself and your relational style through honest and vulnerable interaction with other group members and therapists. In this group you will learn to notice, process, and voice your feelings and thoughts about and to others in a direct and effective manner. This group may be beneficial for you if you struggle to connect the way you want to in your relationships, you want to gain more self-awareness of how you are in relationships, or you struggle with social anxiety or other relational anxieties.
