This is an interpersonal group with a focus on the growth of your ability to create intimate, sustaining relationships. It provides an opportunity to learn: 1) to change pervasive thoughts, feelings, or behaviors which prevent you from making and maintaining relationships, 2) what productive/counterproductive behaviors you bring to your relationships, 3) how you see others, 4) how healthy relationships allow new solutions, 5) where the roots of your feelings/behaviors originated, 6) how to be an "empowered presence" in your own life. This is a co-ed group for a maximum of six members, approximately ages 20-65.
