Internal Family Systems Group

This is a group for individuals who are interested in IFS, or parts work, to come together and do their work together, to witness each other's work, and to support each other in their personal growth. Some sessions are spent working through common interpersonal challenges together, some are more focused on individual work, with other group members witnessing the work of another member. We have a lot of freedom and flexibility with what we do together!
