Interested in a Women's Group? Date and time TBA

Would you like to have a supportive group of women, a place to share your concerns and successes? Do you have distress due to losses or life situations that you would like to process? Would you like to learn and practice new coping skills, relaxation, self-nurture, healthy boundaries, creativity, communication, and connection? This would be an hour to an hour and a half. Cost would be $40-60 each week. Group would last for 4-6 weeks. It could be day or evening. Please let me know if you have interest and what kind of group you are looking for and could benefit from.
