Intentions Yoga teaches Yoga Asanas, Meditation and Therapeutic Principles to help clients coping with chronic physical and emotional pain. Our groups are designed to offer clients an opportunity to learn transforming pain management skills and thus maximize their 'Intentions' toward healthier, happier lives. We keep our groups small to optimize client attention and support.
