Intensive Therapy Treatment

I provide individual intensive psychotherapy for those seeking to address chronic issues that stem from past trauma. These intensives can be scheduled from a half of a day up to three (3) days in length and include EMDR Therapy, sand tray work, ego state therapy, body centered psychotherapy, and guided meditation. Eligible participants must currently be in individual psychotherapy treatment with a licensed provider, medication compliant (if applicable), and be vetted in advance to ensure that this approach would be appropriate and beneficial for them.
