Intensive Outpatient Program

In 9 hours a week, we teach skills to increase your chance of attaining lasting recovery from compulsive use of drugs or alcohol. We help you develop weekly goals and reward you for meeting them. We assist managing internal cravings that are neurobiological in nature. We invite you see yourself honestly and love yourself for who you are, strengths and flaws included. We help you work through traumatic experiences that may block your recovery. Medication-assistance is available. We treat emotional disturbances that often accompany such use. We provide family information groups, and couples and family therapy as needed.
