Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP)
The IOP is three hours of group, three times a week. There are morning, evening, and virtual for all of Virginia tracks. The first hour is a psychotherapy group where you can process the events of the week. The second hour involves a psycho-education group with a recovery related topic and discussion. The last hour involves mindfulness and experiential exercises. The IOP is supplemented with individualized case management sessions and family counseling as needed.

Continuing Care
Continuing Care group is for individuals who have achieved a period of stability in their recovery. Oftentimes, clients are stepping down from IOP and/or want to maintain the progress they made in other treatment facilities. The group includes a counselor lead educational topic and therapeutic processing. Groups may be supplemented with individual and/or family counseling.

Worried about your drinking, but not ready to give it up completely? Learn how to have a healthier relationship with alcohol, pick up coping skills, and develop an alcohol moderation plan that aligns with your values. The program includes a weekly two-hour group, individual sessions, and conjoint-sessions with your partner if requested.
