Intensive Outpatient Program for Substance Use

The intensive outpatient program is designed for adults seeking support with substance use issues. Within a safe and structured environment, groups meet 3 days per week to process a better understanding of triggers, impulse control, healthy boundaries, family dynamics, codependency issues, relapse warning signs, grounding techniques, and more. IOP is often a first step in early addiction or can help with maintaining sobriety after a higher level of care is complete. IOP includes drug screenings and breathalyzers and offers complimentary support after program completion. Focus is in-network with most major insurance carriers.
