Inner Expressions: An IFS Group for Therapists
Inner Expressions is a therapeutic and educational group for therapists who want to deepen their understanding of Internal Family Systems. As a Certified Level 3 IFS Therapist and an endorsed IFS supervisor, I know first-hand how meaningful and enriching it is to not just talk about IFS but truly experience its healing qualities. This group will offer you opportunities to Self explore your inner systems, and give your learner parts the chance to obtain valuable information about the model.

Wise Women: An IFS Group for Women
An Internal Family Systems (IFS) for women who are interested in continuing their Self exploration. This group will help you continue to get to know your parts, connect with other women, increase Self compassion and guide you towards inner empowerment. The group will start November 2, 2022 and go until December 28, 2022. It is a weekly, closed group and best for people who have done IFS therapy or training.
