Inner Child Healing (Women & Non-binary Group)
This weekly, in-person, skills-based group cultivates your relationship with your inner child and the internal family system alive within you. Each 75-minute session is highly experiential, integrating use of expressive art, mindfulness exercises, writing prompts, and sharing. This group runs for 10 weeks and is open to all women and non-binary participants. Fee is $75/week. To ensure emotional safety and consistency, some experience with therapy or recovery work is necessary, a private intake session of $75 is required, and a full 10-week commitment is needed.

Processing Feelings with Mindfulness & Drawing
No artistic experience necessary! Come enjoy tuning into your senses and expressing yourself with mindful drawing. Each session follows the same format: A guided meditation to engage in conversation with your body and heart; intuitive drawing to express whatever feels needed; and group sharing to process and be witnessed. Sessions are 75 mins for 10 weeks and fee is $55/week. Group is open to adults over 21 years old. To ensure emotional safety for all, some experience with therapy or recovery work is necessary and an intake session of $55 is required to determine mutual suitability.
