Infidelity and Betrayal Trauma Healing Group

When a client discovers their partner’s infidelity, their trust in the relationship and in the life they had together may be shattered. They often experience mental health symptoms, such as anxiety, depression, grief, and post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD). They don’t always want to stay in the relationship; they may feel ambivalent or may even want to leave. Therapy gives these clients a safe and healthy way to communicate all of their complicated emotions and concerns.

Yoga Therapy and Healing After Difficult Times
Difficult experiences are a sacred time for transformation. The path toward healing requires us to express and release pain not only through words but also through the body. Each yoga therapy class features an introduction to set an intention to inspire thoughtful flows. In addition to group discussions, asanas, and meditation, restorative classes are used to renew power. Healthy use of anger and sadness are fuel for healing to create powerful transformation and reconnect with your joy and grace. Clear away the hurt to embrace clarity, peace, freedom, and love . “The lotus grows in the muck.” ?

Infidelity|Affair|Betrayal Recovery for Couples
This couples workshop offers a safe, guided space for partners healing after infidelity. Through structured dialogue and evidence-based exercises, couples explore the distinct experiences of the betrayed partner, the unfaithful partner, and the role of the affair partner. Participants examine trauma, shame, accountability, boundaries, and unresolved needs, while developing skills for honest communication and emotional regulation. The workshop supports trust repair, clarity, and intentional decision-making, helping couples understand the full relational impact of betrayal and move forward with greater insight, empathy, and integrity—together or with respectful closure.
