Infertility Support Group
A support group for women traveling down the path of fertility treatment. It is a difficult road to navigate and can feel extremely lonely. This group provides support and encouragement with women "who just get it". Whether you have received a new diagnosis and need to process or are currently in the midst of IUI/IVF/etc. Time can be flexible based on group needs. Please note this group is currently on hiatus. Individual support is still offered.

Fire Wife Support Group
It's Fire Season! This time of year can be rather unpredictable for the families with spouses in the fire service. Mandatory overtime, strike teams and extended shifts are just part of the life of a fire family. Support is often something we lack when those shifts are extended. Managing a household, work/life balance and kiddos can be difficult on your own plus feeling disconnected from your spouse. This group is designed specifically to provide a safe and therapeutic environment for those needed support during this sometime long season. Time of group can be adjusted based on need.
