Infertility Support Group
This 6-week group, facilitated by Dr. Basha Silver, will meet on Tuesdays at 11am or noon (depending on group members' preference) and will begin on November 18th. The group will meet virtually (with the option to hold one meeting in-person) and is open to individuals over 18 who are residents of New York. It will allow women navigating infertility to connect with and support other women going through the emotional ups and downs of fertility treatment. Topics covered in the group will include self-care, coping with anxiety and grief, identity shifts, and how to navigate challenging social dynamics with friends and family.

Infertility Support Group
This 6-week Infertility Support Group will begin in November or December (based on members' availability) and will meet virtually. There will be an optional in-person meeting. This group is open to individuals over 18 who reside in New York. The purpose of the group will be to support individuals navigating the emotional ups and downs of infertility. Aims of the group include: fostering connections with other individuals struggling with infertility, exploring and processing ways that infertility impacts identity and relationships, and developing coping strategies and self-care routines to manage emotions such as anxiety, disappointment, anger, and grief.
