This group is led by a Licensed Professional Counselor and Certified Medical Family Therapist for women struggling with the challenges of infertility. IRCC's support group is a safe place to process emotions surrounded by compassion and true empathy and it provides an opportunity to learn coping skills and develop effective tools for building the resilience to successfully adapt to life's uncertainties. Gottman trained therapist-led relationship skills workshops available for individuals and couples. This group follows a workshop format based on decades of research by Drs. John and Julie Gottman. There are 7 principles, coupled with trust and commitment, that make up the foundation and framework for healthy, loving, joyful, and lasting relationships. Along with the principles of the Sound Relationship House, you will learn the common pitfalls couples face and their effective antidotes, along with healthy communication and relationship skills to implement immediately into daily life.
