Infertility Support Group
This is a weekly or biweekly (depending upon demand of member) that is ongoing and will meet for 1-1.5 hours depending upon size of group. Many women share this struggle but may not have access to one another due to the societal silence surrounding this journey. Members will break isolation and allow for a safe space to share support, encouragement and advice. You will feel connected to something bigger than yourself and feel you are part of a unique team. This is a self pay only group and each group session is $100. Payment expected at the start of each group.

Pregnancy and Infant Loss Group
This group will meet weekly. Members are invited on an ongoing basis and groups will run indefinitely. Members will support one another on this lonely journey and you will feel less isolated. You will be amongst others who understand your struggle. Members will provide one another with support, advice, and encouragement that others cannot; promoting a unique kind of healing. This is a private pay group; insurance will not be accepted. Payment is expected at the beginning of each group session. The fee is $100 per session. The groups will run for 1-1.5 hours.

Caregiver Support Group
Ongoing, weekly or bi-weekly support group, depending on needs of members. The focus is caregiver burnout-the feeling of deep exhaustion and stress at the hands of caring for another person. Compassion fatigue occurs when a caregiver embodies the physical fatigue, emotional stress/trauma of a person within their care. This support group gathers caregivers to appreciate one another's experience, offering support, tips for coping, and dissemble their feeling of isolation. The physical, mental and emotional toll caretaking involves is often overlooked and unrecognized as the patient is usually the focus. This group will make you, the caregiver, the focus.
