Inference-Based CBT Group for OCD

This group teaches Inference-Based CBT (I-CBT), an evidence-based approach that focuses on understanding how obsessive doubt develops and how OCD pulls people into imagined possibilities and “what if” scenarios. You’ll learn how to recognize OCD’s faulty reasoning patterns, step out of obsessive doubt, and reconnect with trusting your senses and real-world information. This group is a good option for people who are interested in a non-exposure approach or who want to learn a different framework for understanding and responding to OCD.

DBT Skills Group
Our Teen DBT group offers a welcoming space for teens to learn valuable skills for managing emotions, coping with stress, and improving relationships. I’ll guide them through four key modules—mindfulness, distress tolerance, emotion regulation, and interpersonal effectiveness—helping them gain practical tools to face the challenges of adolescence. In this group, your teen will connect with others who understand what they’re going through and build emotional resilience. I'm here to support them as they grow and find their path.

OCD Exposure Accountability Group + ACT Skills
You don’t have to navigate OCD alone. This specialized group is for people actively working on OCD who want structure, accountability, and connection with others who truly get it. We support ongoing ERP work while integrating Acceptance & Commitment Therapy (ACT) skills. You’ll stay accountable to your exposure goals, build values-driven motivation for recovery, and learn how to respond to intrusive thoughts with flexibility instead of fighting them. This group is practical, collaborative, and focused on helping you make real, sustainable progress.
