Individual Trauma Intensive Using Flash Technique

Do you feel like progress in weekly therapy has felt slow? Do you find yourself finally settling into a session only to see that time is almost up? Is it hard to set aside time for weekly sessions? As an alternative to weekly therapy, I offer therapy intensives. In an intensive, we do extended therapy sessions (1.5-4 hours) for short-term work on a specific goal.
