In-person processes group for therapists

This type of group invites therapists to work interpersonally in the “here and now” to practice identifying and expressing the thoughts, feelings and reactions they have inside themselves, and towards others. Interpersonal work helps therapists enlarge the psychological and emotional container they bring to their clients and provides an opportunity for personal development and meaningful connection. A process-oriented training group is also a place to talk through challenging cases and clinical dilemmas, explore countertransference, and work towards a fulfilling and enlivening career. Group membership reduces burnout, isolation and imposter syndrome and increases resilience and vitality.
