In Person Emotional Wellness Group: High Schoolers

This is an in person supportive counseling group where high schoolers can come together in a safe environment to learn healthy coping strategies and to connect with peers. You may be a good fit if you're faced with anxiety, depression, ADHD, and/or life transitions. This is an inclusive environment where all group members are welcome and celebrated.
