In-Person Anxiety Group for Emerging Adults

Designed for Ages 18-29! This group is for people who feel held back by their anxiety and whose anxiety makes them feel alone or isolated in this experience. If you're feeling motivated to develop new skills, practice new patterns, and support others navigating similar challenges, then this might be the right opportunity for you. This group offers support in the uncomfortable universality that is anxiety and provides an invitation to grow through its challenges.
