Free support groups for adults (18+) who have been diagnosed with OCD. 2 Options for Support Groups: Virtual group open to anyone in California-takes place the 1st Tuesday of the month from 6-730pm. In person support groups offered in San Diego, Hillcrest neighborhood. In person support groups taking place the 3rd Monday of the month from 6-730pm.

Southern California Peer OCD Consultation Group
Since 2019, I have been facilitating a consultation group for OCD clinicians located in SoCal. The group is free of charge. The purpose of the group is for networking with other clinicians that treat OCD and to engage in case consultation with peers. Group typically takes place the 1st and 3rd Wednesday of the month. If you are a clinician, treating OCD with ERP/ACT and would like to participate in the consultation group, please email me.
