In Person Adult Autism Supportive Process Group

Heartwood Counseling and Wellness: This in-person supportive process group is designed for autistic adults seeking connection, understanding, and shared experience. While some psychoeducation is provided, the primary focus is on mutual support, reflection, and processing what it’s like to live as an autistic adult. Group members are encouraged to share their experiences, explore identity, and support one another in a space that values authenticity, respect, and neurodiversity. The goal is not to fix or change anyone, but to foster insight, connection, and a sense of belonging.
