In-office Highly Sensitive Person Support Group

This group offers not only therapeutic growth but also a sense of belonging, so that no highly sensitive person has to navigate their journey alone. We will use a variety of formats, including group discussion, experiential exercises, videos, and selected readings, to deepen our understanding and build a toolkit for thriving as an HSP. As both a therapist and a fellow HSP, I will guide our group through: 1. Processing & Support 2. Psychoeducation 3. Practical Tools 4. Narrative Reframing 5.Relationship Building. Together, we will create a supportive and compassionate community where sensitivity is understood, validated, and celebrated.
