Improv for Therapists

In this group setting, we'll explore connection through a variety of improv games and activities. We'll consider how to accept the awkward, uncomfortable, and often messy nature of interacting with others by practicing in a safe space! The idea of "performing" can be intimidating, but this group is not about being "perfect" or getting improv "right": it's not a show or competition. Rather, the improv is a container for our work: a container that allows both structure and spontaneity, safety and risk. Please get in touch to express interest!
