Improv for Kids and Teens

Where confidence, connection, and creativity meet. Our improv group blends group therapy and improv comedy to help kids and teens grow socially and emotionally. Through fun, low-pressure games and scenes, participants build confidence, practice communication, express emotions safely, and connect with peers. It’s a supportive space where kids can try new things, make mistakes, laugh, and learn skills they can use at school and in everyday life. We have a child/early teen group as well as an older teen group. We are accepting new group members!
