This is a couples group that utilizes Imago Relationship theories and techniques. Some of the topics that will be covered include: 1. Why do we repeatedly get stuck in the power struggle? 2. What are our adaptations and why do we react the way we do? 3. What are the different ways in which we "exit" or leak our energy out of the relationship? 4. How do we get past our hurts and resentments? 4. How do we create safety with one another and communicate with intention? 5. How do we infuse fun (back) into our relationships?

Couples Coping With Infertility
This is a mind-body group aimed at helping individuals and couples receive emotional support, practical information, and a venue for connecting with others who have undergone similar reproductive trauma. The group is based on cognitive-behavioral theory and it incorporates Imago Relationship Therapy techniqes, along with a variety of psychoeducational components, such as relaxation training and cognitive-restructuring. Some of the general topics to be addressed are: 1. Identifying your "reproductive story" 2. Grieving a reproductive loss 3. The Impact of Reproductive Challenges on Intimate Relationships 4. Will we say "when" and will we look at other options?
