You are navigating a world not built for you that doesn’t “get it.” Whether you are late or early diagnosed, Gen Z or a Baby Boomer, gay or straight, cis or trans, there is a community of people here who can relate. Many have spent years masking, feel exhausted by social expectations, sensory overload, or the deep desire to find belonging. You don't have to translate your experiences here. Come as you are. Stim, throw away social norms, talk or observe. Unpack burnout, externalize ableism, share practical strategies, and build authentic community without the pressure to mask.

My clinical specialties are Autism Spectrum Disorder, Level 1, PANS/ PANDAS, Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder, and ADHD.
