Our Friday Night Out Program is an incredibly popular program for a good reason! It's highly effective! Our groups are specifically tailored to foster social and emotional growth, which are crucial for success in primary through high school. In addition, for those whose symptoms are increasing, we offer an alternative to an in-patient hospitalization. Our Partial Hospitalization Program/Intensive Outpatient Program consists of a small group program daily from 9-3 for approximately three weeks, individual therapy and medication evaluation and monitoring. This program teaches coping skills in a safe environment, helps to reduce negative thinking, and offers therapy with others who are struggling with similar conditions. The time in PHP allows those to make substantial progress in their mental health issues.
This is a skills building group for those in 1st through 5th grades. Children will learn to identify with their own emotions as well as develop an understanding of other's emotions. Participants will learn to cope with difficult emotions, improve mood and enhance relationships. They will also learn how to communicate and interact appropriately with others.
