Identity After Trauma & Loss

Who am I now? This question often echoes in the lives of trauma survivors. When our sense of self has been shaken, it can feel difficult to reconnect with who we are beyond what we've experienced. Identity After Trauma is an intentional group therapy space designed to help adult women explore and rebuild a sense of self in the aftermath of trauma. Together, we’ll create room for compassion, clarity, and connection within ourselves. This group is for you if you: Feel disconnected from yourself, struggle with self-trust or self-worth, experience anxiety or shame around your identity.
