Identifying & Managing Feelings
This group aims to help children ages 6-9 who struggle with naming & navigating their emotions. The group aims to help children learn how to notice & name their feelings, as well as identify & implement day-to-day skills when experiencing challenges. The group will provide education, discussion & real life practice. Cost is $40 per session.
