I have a deep passion for helping those who are suffering from substance use disorders as well as other addictive disorders. Through both a directive and nondirective therapeutic approach, I can help you realize how to identify generational trauma, current trauma, lack of connections, and maladaptive family systems, that so often lead to turning to substances or behaviors to aid in the alleviation of the symptoms of those traumas and attachment injuries. With a loving and secure connection, I can help you identify your goals, realize the steps needed to achieve those goals, and maintain long-term recovery in your life.

Some of the most courageous people I know are those who are wanting to have a better life, better mental health, or better relationships and are willing to make the small incremental changes for the better. I enjoy helping people regain control over their lives and become the captains of themselves and their future. I can help you see who you really are and find your true identity and thus helping you see the great worth that has always been inside of you. I’m passionate about empowering people who are struggling with anxiety, depression, trauma, and pornography addiction, in helping them to heal from the inside out.
Our providers create a safe and supportive group where individuals, regardless of gender or gender identity, can grieve in the way that only those who have experienced the loss of a child can. This support group is free to all and open to parents that have lost a child during or immediately after pregnancy. Just show up and find a seat. If there aren't enough seats, we will find more. You may participate as much or as little as you like, and providers will be available to assist in guiding conversation and providing resources.
I work with a very diverse client population and work through many different concerns with them. I am very interested in working with individuals and growing families. I continue advancing my training and education in methods to work with children and families so that your family can receive the care it needs.
FREE-This group rotates between a 8 week closed self-worth group and a Boundaries/Co-dependency group. This is designed for survivors of abuse wanting to to learn to live healthier trauma reduced lives.
Please call into the Nampa Family Justice Center if interested in getting signed up for these closed groups and completing an intake at 208-475-5700 if you are interested.

I enjoy working with clients who seek change and a future full of possibilities, despite past situations. Clients I work with often need help improving their self-esteem, navigating the intricacies of interpersonal communication, and working through blueprints of the past that are negatively impacting them in the present, working together to build a new future. I often function as a sounding board with the ability to see situations from a different perspective, while offering problem solving, guidance and unconditional regard.
