I assist my clients in problem solving by looking at contradictions/errors in thinking patterns and/or behaviors and help them facilitate change through expressed areas of internal conflict and/or discomfort. Once enrolled for group you can then be put on the wait list for individual counseling if you are interested in individual therapy. This is a 8 week group that uses The Smart Step Family video series to learn how to create family attachments when there are non biological children in the family system. This is a Christian Lens group that looks at family systems and how we attach in a Biblical way. Your insurance may pay for this group therapy

It will teach you the thermostat of your emotional state and explore tools that you can use to have more peace each day. Your insurance may cover this therapy group.
